Warehouse hourly production work includes stack-off duties and forklift, box-loader, and combo-loader duties. Stack-off personnel support production coming off the floor after it has been manifested. Working inside finished-goods warehouses on stack-off lines, they follow established stack patterns designed to maximize warehouse capacity and comply with safety guidelines, policies, and requirements. Forklift operators, box loaders, and combo loaders operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and associated attachments, such as slip sheets and clamps, to move, locate, relocate, pick, stage, count, load, and unload finished goods—including consumable and non-consumable materials—in and around warehouses and trailers. Required certifications for operating the powered industrial equipment are mandatory to retain the position. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial. Schedules listed are A Shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 3:15 p.m.; B Shift Shipping, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; B Shift Material Handling, 3:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.; and C Shift Shipping, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Hours may vary depending on business needs. B and C shifts receive a $1.00 shift differential. Candidates are directed to communicate with Recruiting to discuss current openings.
