Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your assigned territory to ensure profitable growth.
• Bring our brand to life by ensuring consistent and impactful communication of our products and services to agents and brokers.
• Represent Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating the customer experience.
• Build and manage a strong submission pipeline aligned with production goals and business mix targets.
• Leverage market insights, use your contacts to generate business, gather intelligence, and cross-sell complementary products.
