About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, financial analysis, or related cash-management functions within commercial/business banking
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent degree
• Must be bondable
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and maintain strong attention to detail
• Capacity to quickly learn and effectively use current technologies and job-related software applications
• Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook
• Expert level mastery of Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, productive working relationships
• Legal authorization to work in the location where they apply

Nice To Haves

• Certified Treasury Professional Certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supporting deposit growth
• Optimizing cash-management performance
• Delivering consultative Treasury Management solutions to business members
• Working closely with internal lending and branch teams to identify opportunities, analyze members’ needs, and recommend the most effective products and services
• Working with new and existing business members to provide expertise that strengthens retention, deepens engagement, and improves overall financial performance for the credit union and its members
• Providing analytical, operational and/or project support for Treasury Operations
• Conducting detailed analysis of product offerings, including key metrics, financial performance, monthly activities, and contribution to product strategies
• Leading data gathering process and conducting competitive analysis in support of the Credit Union’s strategic plans
• Compiling documentation and procedures for the set up and maintenance of products and services
• Ensuring all external and internal support materials are current and accurately provided
