About The Position

Skechers is hiring a Senior Analyst, Treasury, Reporting to join its Treasury team. The role supports strategic financial operations and is responsible for cash flow forecasting across all legal entities, as well as reporting and tracking working capital, interest income, derivative instruments, and debt instruments. It is a highly visible position with significant interaction with the Treasurer and CFO and is described as a strong launching pad for future advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or another quantitative or strategic role.
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Ability to work as a team player and manage tight deadlines across various projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade others and clearly articulate complex analyses and transactions.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Nice To Haves

• CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and budgets to the Treasurer and CFO.
• Report monthly on cash flow generation, interest income, and working capital performance, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Track trading levels and opportunities related to the company's approximately $6.5 billion debt and $2.1 billion derivative portfolio.
• Create materials for monthly and quarterly board meetings.
• Conduct strategic capital structure analysis, including long-term cash flow modeling under different scenarios, to facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
