About The Position

RT Industries in Troy, OH is looking for a full-time Transportation Coordinator. This human services position earns a competitive wage of $19-$22.80/hour. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to possess and maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to possess and maintain CPR and First Aid Instructor Certification.
  • Ability to lift, carry and move people safely.
  • Satisfactory Abuser Registry, Web-database and criminal background checks as defined in OAC 5123-2-02.
  • Covered by a valid liability insurance as specified by Ohio.
  • Maintain the ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver's license with less than six(6) points on record at any time.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure RT's transportation services are ready to go.
  • Review driver assignments, confirm routes, and address last-minute schedule changes.
  • Ensure individuals are transported safely and on time to RT programs.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for drivers, responding to questions, coordinating route adjustments, and solving transportation requests.
  • Coach and support the team of Drivers, including conducting performance conversations, coordinating training, recognizing great work, and helping employees grow.
  • Oversee RT's fleet by coordinating maintenance, inspections, repairs, and required documentation.
  • Review transportation records, billing documentation, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
