Transportation Coordinator
About The Position
The Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for utilizing a transportation management system to create and update load diagrams, gather data for operational reports, and assist in processing orders and delivery documents. The coordinator will also be responsible for tracking service performance, completing Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs), executing Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks, and conducting daily camera reviews. Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- 2 to 4 years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met
- Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
- Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively
- Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
- Other projects or duties as assigned
