This on-call position supports the Office of EEO and Title IX. The Office of EEO and Title IX reports to HR and the General Counsel’s Office. In support of the University’s mission, values and goals, this position assists the Director of Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator, who is responsible for advancing and monitoring the University’s equal opportunity and affirmative action policies, and has overall responsibility for Title IX compliance, including training, education, and administration of grievance procedures of alleged unlawful discrimination and unlawful harassment. The Title IX Investigator investigates complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-based violence including stalking and intimate partner violence, and other protected class discrimination and harassment involving members of the University community.
