About The Position

This fully remote, third-shift Telehealth Registered Nurse role triages patients for primary care clinics and supports women's health. The RN delivers high-quality care through technology such as electronic health records, phone calls, and video calls, collaborating with an interprofessional team to provide patient assessments, interventions, education, and follow-up. The RN applies evidence-based practices to clinical decisions and supports coordinated, high-quality, fiscally accountable care across settings, with attention to safety and effectiveness. The position is part of Corewell Health's outpatient clinic network, which includes more than 300 clinics across Michigan and a range of primary care and specialty practices.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in this RN role on or after March 1, 2026.
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ED/ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage, or another relevant specialty.
  • Michigan RN License upon hire.
