About The Position

This position is not remote and will be based at the Support Center in Atlanta, GA. The role involves working on a telephone triage service, responding to calls from parents when local pediatricians' offices are closed. The nurse will use symptom-based protocols to assess and advise regarding injuries and illnesses. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in emergency, urgent care, or pediatric primary care environments, and is available to work on-site during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

1 year of RN experience; pediatrics highly preferred
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment
Graduation from accredited school of nursing

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Previous Pediatric experience in Emergency, Urgent Care and/or Primary care
5 years of pediatric nursing experience
