About The Position

Requirements

• MD or DO with ABMS Board Certification in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
• At least 10 state licenses; multiple state licenses are required.
• Ability to work at least 16 weekend hours per month.
• Ability to work four holidays and holiday weekends annually.
• Physicians must have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other payers.
• Ability to deliver empathetic, high-quality patient care.
• Passion for patient education.
• Willingness to work across various conditions and service lines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of telehealth experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
• Willingness to work regular weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions, including mental health conditions.
• Proactively check in with patients about their treatment plans.
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide operational support as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve care quality and operational processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state information privacy laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
