Ennoble Care is hiring a Virtual Supervising Physician to provide annual telehealth visits for patients receiving community-based primary, palliative, and hospice care. Patients are often older, homebound, or living with serious illness, and are typically cared for by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who visits them at home. The physician adds a second clinical perspective without replacing the APP or the care already being provided. During each visit, you will review the care plan with the patient and, when appropriate, their caregiver; confirm the patient’s goals; and share concerns or recommended changes with the patient’s primary APP. You will report to the Regional Chief Medical Officer or one of their direct reports. Ennoble Care uses its own electronic medical record and provides training to support visit preparation and efficient documentation. The position is fully remote and uses video visits, with audio-only visits when a patient cannot use video. At 1.0 FTE, the target is about 20 telehealth visits per day, or roughly three per hour; the target is prorated for part-time work. The schedule is set with the physician’s input, and outside work is permitted if it does not conflict with scheduled Ennoble Care time. This is a non-exempt role paid per completed visit, so actual pay depends on visit volume and complexity. The estimated annual compensation target is $250,000–$275,000 at 1.0 FTE. The role has no call, rounding, or commute.
