Ennoble Care is hiring a Virtual Supervising Physician to provide annual telehealth visits to patients receiving community-based primary, palliative, and hospice care. Patients are often older, homebound, or living with serious illness and are already cared for by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. The physician adds a second perspective without replacing the patient’s primary clinician: reviewing the care plan and the patient’s goals, listening to the patient and caregiver when appropriate, and sharing concerns or recommended changes with the patient’s primary Advanced Practice Provider (APP). The position is fully remote and uses video visits, with audio-only visits when a patient cannot use video. The target at 1.0 FTE is about 20 visits per day, or roughly three per hour; the target is prorated for part-time work. The schedule is set with the physician’s input, and work elsewhere is permitted outside scheduled Ennoble Care hours if it does not conflict. The physician reports to the Regional Chief Medical Officer or one of their direct reports. Ennoble Care provides training on its electronic medical record, which is designed to reduce administrative burden and support visit preparation and efficient documentation. This is a non-exempt position paid per completed visit, so actual compensation depends on visit volume and complexity. The estimated annual compensation target is $250,000 to $275,000 at 1.0 FTE. The role includes company-provided occurrence-based professional liability coverage, $1,000 per year in CME reimbursement, and company-paid licensure and certification costs, including additional state licenses.
