About The Position
The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position that helps ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role uses the center environment to assist staff in creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child’s development and education.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.
- Assist staff in creating learning opportunities in the center environment that build on daily routines and support each child’s development and education.
