About The Position
At La Petite Academy, an Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care and learning experiences for children in a fun, interactive classroom. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, keeping the classroom clean and organized, observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. Teachers receive extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position is suited to energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children.
