About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports teachers in implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary early-childhood curriculum, using engaging characters to make learning enjoyable. The role helps maintain classroom quality, health, and safety standards; works with peers to create a welcoming environment; and communicates with families about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Candidates must meet applicable background screening and state licensing requirements. The position is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

• Early childhood education (ECE) coursework preferred.
