About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on helping children learn, grow, and thrive. Assistant Teachers support the daily care of every child while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They help maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, engage with children, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
