About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or Professional Services field
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, having worked as a Proposal Coordinator in a similar environment, with an understanding of Consulting
• Experience preparing and contributing to Federal Government RFP responses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with flexibility for occasional overtime and travel.

Nice To Haves

• defence-sector experience
• familiarity with CRM tools and AI applications (CoPilot, Claude, etc)
• Knowledge of federal government and public works proposal processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and edit proposals from kick-off through delivery, ensuring clarity and compliance with WSP brand standards.
• Analyze RFPs and develop strategies that align with client needs and position WSP for success.
• Manage proposal schedules and facilitate collaboration across distributed teams to meet deadlines.
• Adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create compelling submissions.
• Support interview preparation and develop presentations that resonate with clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in debriefs and refining best practices.
