About The Position

We are a fast-moving sales organization operating across outbound enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and POS, requiring sharp sellers, ready partners, and a consistent go-to-market story. We are seeking a sales enablement professional who excels at creating effective, memorable training programs and derives satisfaction from seeing deals close. The ideal candidate appreciates the craft of sales enablement, including crafting the right story, developing engaging collateral, and ensuring successful product launches in the field. This role is part of Wix’s Enterprise team, a new team focused on becoming the leading solution for large companies aiming to maximize their online potential. The team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of SaaS product marketing through innovative design language and a smart, savvy tone of voice, with the groundwork laid and ready for significant growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of dedicated sales enablement experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience delivering both product training (new releases, GTM launches) and sales skills training (methodology, process, performance).
  • Proven track record working closely with Product and Marketing to build collateral and drive go-to-market readiness.
  • Experience enabling external partners or channel sales teams, not just internal sellers.
  • Comfortable working across mid-market, enterprise, and channel at the same time.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator, able to simplify complex topics and keep a room engaged.
  • Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders without needing day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding for new sales hires across Enterprise, Channels, and POS, including building, running, and maintaining the program as the business evolves.
  • Build and run ongoing sales skills training covering qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing, tailoring content to each team's specific motion.
  • Work with Product and Marketing to transform new feature releases and go-to-market initiatives into training sessions that prepare the sales team to sell effectively.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop essential sales collateral such as playbooks, talk tracks, battle cards, and objection guides that are actively used by sellers.
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for external partner and channel sales teams on how to package, position, and sell Wix.
  • Manage your own roadmap across multiple business lines, adapting to shifting priorities, resolving competing needs, and delivering results independently.
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement programs using sales performance data, rep feedback, and insights from sales leadership to continuously improve.
