About The Position

The Manager Sales Enablement at DXC Technology is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring it aligns with sales objectives. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for seamless integration of sales enablement programs, and the manager will monitor and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives to senior management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with sales objectives.
