The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, adoption, and measurement of sales enablement programs and initiatives that support the selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will build, design, and manage blended learning and certification programs to support the AlertMedia Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams. Who you are: You are passionate about coaching and developing salespeople and skilled in creating strategies and tactics that drive learning and skills improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution.
