About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Supply Chain / Production Planner to support manufacturing operations through production scheduling, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant supply chain operations and strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, inventory management, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or plant supply chain operations.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in manufacturing or purchasing operations.
  • Supervisory manufacturing experience is acceptable where the candidate has supervised manufacturing activities without personally performing physical production work.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory, and available production capacity.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for equipment downtime, maintenance, material availability, and changes in demand.
  • Analyze inventory levels to maintain appropriate supplies of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
  • Use ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle to support production orders, material planning, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
  • Identify potential material, inventory, or capacity constraints and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Track production and supply chain performance and support improvements in key metrics such as on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and scheduling information.
  • Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel and SQL to support planning and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain performance.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, procurement, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
