About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is actively seeking experienced James Hardie fiber cement siding subcontractor crews for immediate and ongoing residential projects. We offer consistent work volume and flexibility to keep your crews busy year-round. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $292M in annual revenue and are projected to grow to over $500M in annual revenue in 2026. What We Offer: -Consistent work year-round (installed over $80M in the winter season this year) -Competitive pay rates and prompt weekly payment -Organized project management and support team -Opportunities to grow with a reputable, expanding company -Materials ordered and delivered on site prior to every install -Scope of work / contract for your review prior to taking on our projects
Requirements
- Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
- Proven experience installing James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding
- Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Professional references from recent installations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
