About The Position

Requirements

• Certified translator for Spanish and Hebrew.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Track clinical research studies for appropriate documentation.
• Develop, update, and maintain information databases, including SharePoint sites, and provide document retrieval support.
• Establish and maintain data analytics tools for analysis.
• Research and evaluate the operation and performance of scientific programs; analyze existing programs and recommend improvements.
• Support concept development, planning, execution, and support of project-related activities.
• Track action items and tasks, remind program staff of deadlines, and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
• Request and provide information to principal investigators, program staff, and others on scientific and programmatic issues.
• Conduct literature and database searches, including searches in PubMed and Web of Science; manage references using bibliographic software.
• Research, interpret, analyze, and condense materials from scientific and other sources for reports and presentations.
• Develop scientific search criteria and locate scientific, program, and related information.
• Compile data and prepare graphs, slides, presentations, tables, abstracts, posters, handouts, and other meeting materials.
• Analyze progress-report data and prepare presentations for program staff and meetings.
• Organize existing slides, presentations, and talking points into a functional database or library.
• Plan and coordinate scientific meetings, lectures, workshops, consultations, and related logistics and communications.
• Identify, assess, draft, edit, revise, and assemble background materials.
• Represent the Program at local and national meetings, deliver presentations and posters, disseminate program information, and collect information relevant to program goals.
• Draft, review, and proofread program documents such as agendas, letters, participant lists, handouts, emails, and reports.
• Maintain proactive communication with key personnel, Network investigators, their staff, and other relevant individuals.
• Provide project management support for large or complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with the Director of Strategic Initiatives on strategic plans, initiatives, solicitations, and consultation activities.
• Develop outreach, education, and interaction strategies for the Branch.
• Assist with and conduct management and administrative analyses; evaluate procedures, policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency.
• Organize, analyze, and write project reports and scientific papers, and present reports on scientific findings.
• Organize and maintain a repository of program resources, including minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and web pages.
• Obtain, review, summarize, coordinate, enter, and maintain information and data; edit or prepare text, data, and charts.
• Develop periodic and special reports using records, files, internet searches, background materials, and precedent references.
• Develop and implement scientific programs to fulfill organizational goals and objectives.
• Work with the Office of Communications and Public Liaison to achieve communications goals.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and conduct special studies and analyses of research portfolios.
• Develop and maintain a clinical database.
