About The Position
Pigtails & Crewcuts is seeking a Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator who is creative, fun, and enjoys a dynamic work environment. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for families, ensuring smooth salon operations, and managing the salon's online presence. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and creating engaging social media content. The salon offers a supportive team, consistent scheduling, and a positive atmosphere where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work. Sundays are always off.
Requirements
- Social Media Experience is required
- Experience filming videos, taking photos, writing captions, and posting regularly on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Organized and dependable
- Enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Love working with children and families
- Proven experience creating social media content
- Available to work Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Welcoming families and creating a great first impression
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Keeping the front desk organized and running efficiently
- Assisting with retail sales
- Capturing photos and videos in the salon
- Creating and posting engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
