Every space is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, immersive, and comforting—creating a true sense of home for our residents. We take pride in fostering a supportive, respectful environment for both our residents and the team that brings this vision to life. We are currently seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our brand presence and day-to-day marketing efforts. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing preferred
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, etc.)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality or service industry
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising
- Cultural competency/ knowledge of Indian culture/ languages/ festivals preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, and captions
- Monitor messages, comments, and online engagement
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and highlight updates
- Track basic performance metrics and engagement
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
