The role involves improving the team culture and contributing to the growth of the Niles Soccer program. Requirements

  • Soccer coaching experience
  • Supervisory experience with youths
  • Teaches soccer skills and develops team atmosphere

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate both off-season and in-season soccer programs
  • Support the program and work with Girls Varsity Soccer Coach and Athletic Director on all aspects of the program
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the MHSAA and Niles Community Schools
  • Coordinate parent/family communication
