About The Position
Leidos is hiring a Senior Information Security Analyst for its Defense Sector in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting the Analytic Support to Force Planning (ASFP) program for the Office of the Secretary of Defense Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSD CAPE) Joint Data Support (JDS). The role is part of the Leidos Security Team and is responsible for security management, administration, operation, and maintenance for a suite operating at multiple security levels, from Secret to Special Access Required. This includes a Collateral suite and a dual-use secure facility that serves as both a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF), as well as an Open Collateral Suite at the Secret level. The analyst supports the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) by researching policies and procedures, updating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures, and helping ensure compliance with DoD security standards and directives. The role administers security policies and procedures for information systems across applicable boundaries, including standalone networks, client computers, and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS). The analyst coordinates with the CAPE security office and DoD Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO) to support compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a master's degree with at least 6 years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI and SAP clearances.
- CompTIA Security+ certification at minimum.
- Experience with DoD ATO requirements and implementation.
- Strong experience, knowledge, and understanding of SCIF and SAPF operations.
- Familiarity with key national DoD strategic guidance, policies, and directives, including NISPOM and the Physical Security Standards for Special Access Program Facilities supporting Joint Air Force, Army, and Navy DoD SAPs and SAP-type compartmented efforts.

Responsibilities
- Manage the customer's eMASS Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation.
- Lead SAP-F ATO requirements and updates.
- Store, handle, and dispose of classified materials in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Administer 701 and 702 forms.
- Manage burn bag use and disposal.
- Administer and account for all carrier bags.
- Work with building management as needed on security issues.
- Assist with ATO renewals and compliance.
- Control imports and exports of removable media, including Compact Discs, Digital Video Discs, and hard drives.
- Conduct software and hardware inventory controls.
- Document and control media receipts from other facilities.
- Perform media destruction activities and document them.
- Document changes in facility status between projects.
- Assist in opening and securing the facility.
- Produce a weekly schedule of running projects and coordinate security duties.
- Research current policies and procedures, update and document SOPs, and support compliance with DoD security standards.
- Administer and manage security policies and procedures for information systems across applicable boundaries, including standalone networks, client computers, and JWICS.
