About The Position

The role provides specialized investigative review support for model anti-distillation. The analyst evaluates flagged user prompt datasets to identify and analyze potential model distillation behavior while strictly following policy documentation and evaluation guidelines. In addition to routine case management and reporting, the team provides structured qualitative feedback and operational insights to clarify edge cases, refine investigation playbooks, and improve detection and mitigation criteria.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud.
• Advanced content AI review capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate reviews into actionable insights.
• SQL proficiency.
• Strict adherence to policy documentation, evaluation guidelines, and data handling requirements.

• Ability to read and understand Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily triage and review content against established rubrics.
• Track abuse spikes through dashboards and use SQL analysis to turn operational patterns into insights.
• Conduct targeted deep-dive investigations into complex or ambiguous cases.
• Document clear, actionable findings in standardized investigation reports.
• Coordinate with relevant operational teams to carry out follow-up actions based on investigation outcomes.
• Follow data handling guidelines, including limited data sharing and need-to-know access controls.
• Provide structured qualitative feedback and operational insights to clarify edge cases, refine investigation playbooks, and enhance detection and mitigation criteria.
