About The Position
Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator & Install Scheduler to be the operational heartbeat of their installation team. This role involves coordinating incoming products, organizing the warehouse, scheduling installation appointments, and ensuring installers have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and enjoys keeping people and projects moving.
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds.
- Clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Coordinate installation appointments with customers.
- Schedule installer calendars for maximum efficiency.
- Stage products and prepare jobs for installation.
- Track projects from product arrival through completion.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve product issues.
- Help create a smooth, organized experience for customers and teammates.
