About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, scheduling free in-home consultations and ensuring a positive, professional experience.
Requirements
- Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments
- Speak with homeowners to gather basic information and set qualified appointments
- Clearly explain the purpose of our free in-home consultation
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our system
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
- Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets
