About The Position
Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, as a Route Driver for portable sanitation services. As an employee-owned company with over 750 employees across seven states, we provide opportunities for driven individuals. This role involves efficiently and independently servicing portable restrooms, ensuring quality standards are met. The position is approximately 50% driving and 50% servicing, requiring communication with dispatchers and customers. Expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekend work during busy seasons. This is a physically demanding role.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working from Highlands, TX (primary), Conroe, and Pearland, TX (Secondary).
- 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
Responsibilities
- Pickup truck and supplies promptly at the yard.
- Service and clean portable restrooms.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
- Perform tasks that are physically demanding, including lifting, reaching, and bending.
