About The Position
Fury Motors Ford of Waconia is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone with a welcoming personality, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping people. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and callers, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented, family-owned, and community-focused environment.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with grace.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department.
- Answer phones, take messages, and route calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and payments.
- Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Provide clerical support to sales, service, and finance teams.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and paperwork.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution.
