About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT (R) registration in good standing.
• Current Texas state radiologic technology license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Prior teaching or precepting experience is a plus, but a passion for mentoring is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction by preparing and teaching dynamic lessons in radiographic procedures, imaging principles, and lab techniques.
• Guide student growth by monitoring student progress, providing academic advising, and evaluating performance in both classroom and lab settings.
• Ensure program excellence by helping to maintain high standards through active participation in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Support student success by managing student attendance, supporting externship coordination, and employing strategies to help students achieve their goals.
