About The Position
We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our dynamic team in the Detroit Area! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.
Requirements
- Tax Credit/LIHTC reporting and compliance procedures
- Ability to attract and educate new tenants
- Process work order and repair requests
- Supervise site staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Process payroll
- Process invoices
- Process payments
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all leasing and renewal activities
- Perform Tax Credit/LIHTC reporting and compliance procedures
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise site staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
