A Day in the Life As a Senior Ambient Air Client Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all technical, field, financial, and administrative aspects of ambient air monitoring projects. The Project Manager is expected to exercise sound professional judgment and function with minimal direct supervision. The compensation range for this role is $80-110k per annum. Commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities: Operate and maintain ambient air quality monitoring sensors Write and/or assist in the submittal of monitoring reports Coordinate all aspects of client projects, including, but not limited to, method research, equipment procurement and rental, travel arrangements, logistics, SOP generation and implementation, and regulatory agency interaction and coordination Establish, oversee, and manage project deadlines, in addition to effectively communicating updates to clients and team members Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in science or higher, with an emphasis in biology, chemistry, math, or engineering strongly preferred
  • Effective computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office are essential) and proficiency with Android OS
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience conducting ambient projects in the field
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time, projects are mostly in Texas
  • Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting and managing project costs
