In partnership with HR leadership, the position promotes consistent project-management standards and supports HR project intake, prioritization, and assignment. It also works with technology, HRIS, data, workers’ compensation, and benefits teams on data management and reporting needs, and provides administrative and operational support to Senior Department Administrators and the Chief Human Resources Officer.
