About The Position
The Program Manager will support a Navy Surface Ship Maintenance Training contract and be responsible for overall contract execution. The position serves as QED Systems’ primary point of contact with Surface Ship Type Commanders and the contracts representative. The Program Manager maintains and reports contract performance metrics and status, and conducts semi-annual in-person meetings with Navy Type Commanders in support of Program Reviews. This is a contingent hire, dependent on a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in U.S. Navy maintenance training.
- At least 5 years of experience at the Program Management level.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for a U.S. Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science degree or PMP certification preferred.
