About The Position

Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service, is seeking applications from persons interested in a full-time, faculty position in orthodontics at The Center for Advanced Dental Education. Salary, academic rank, tenure consideration, and administrative responsibilities will be based on background, experience, goals of the person hired, and needs of the program. Consideration of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Saint Louis University's Center for Advanced Dental Education Student Loan Forgiveness Program is intended to assist certain orthodontic faculty with the repayment of their student loans. It is structured so that assistance amounts are forgiven over time if certain conditions (such as, continued employment) are met. Requirements

  • DDS, DMD or acceptable foreign equivalent
  • CODA accredited training in orthodontics
  • a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics
  • research experience
  • eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri (pr.mo.gov/dental.asp)
