Salary, academic rank, tenure consideration, and administrative responsibilities will be based on background, experience, goals of the person hired, and needs of the program. Saint Louis University's Center for Advanced Dental Education Student Loan Forgiveness Program is intended to assist certain orthodontic faculty with the repayment of their student loans. It is structured so that assistance amounts are forgiven over time if certain conditions (such as, continued employment) are met.
