About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, work orders, and documentation in English
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies consistently
• Willingness to work in a team environment and support operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Operate packet sealing machines, paper loading equipment, and ultrasonic sealing systems
• Monitor product quality and perform routine checks to ensure specifications are met
• Inspect finished packets for defects before packaging
• Report any quality issues or defective materials to the technician or supervisor
• Follow all safety (ESHA) and GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Read and follow work orders and process instructions accurately
• Support continuous improvement efforts such as 6S and team performance initiatives
