About The Position
The Packaging Operator tends, maintains, and adjusts machines that stock, fill, wrap, seal, and label bags with finished product. The role ensures packaging requirements are met safely and efficiently while minimizing waste.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 3 years of related experience and/or training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product and bagging requirements are met safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.
- Inspect bagging-line processes and materials.
- Respond promptly to machine malfunctions.
- Tend, maintain, and adjust packaging machines that stock, fill, wrap, seal, and label bags with finished product.
