About The Position

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, scheduling, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative approach and works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from shop floor employees to management and can communicate clearly and professionally in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Update schedules for Ultrasonic (UT) testing, box plan, Lot Detail Report (LDR), and facilitate communication and flow of work orders from processing to boxing.
• Print and distribute Master Work Orders (MWO’s).
• Review statuses, close orders and maintain shipment summary reporting.
• Report on order completion metrics.
• Administer new routings as well as changes to routings.
• Communicate order statuses across all departments working closely with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Monitor and review inventory transactions.
