About The Position
This role involves inspecting donations and raw materials for quality to determine marketability, sorting materials for various uses (store, salvage, trash), tagging items according to a rotation system, and hanging sorted goods for the retail sales floor. The associate will also be responsible for producing a specific number of textile items daily and adhering to uniform dress code standards, all as outlined in the Retail Operations Manual.

Responsibilities
- Inspect donations and raw material for quality to determine marketability.
- Sort raw material into categories for store use, salvage, or trash.
- Tag donated items according to Goodwill’s rotation system.
- Hang sorted goods for placement on the retail sales floor based on productivity standards.
- Produce the appropriate number of textile items each day according to Goodwill’s minimum standards.
- Adhere to uniform dress code standards.
