About The Position

The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced, clean healthcare environment. The role involves picking, packing, and verifying orders while ensuring accuracy and patient safety. It offers consistent part-time hours in a stable healthcare company and may provide an opportunity to grow into long-term roles.

The position is located in Cheektowaga, New York, in the Buffalo area. The schedule is a four-day work week: Sundays and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential, for $19 per hour total. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid incrementally during the first six months of employment: $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Typically, at least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours.
• Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescription orders for shipment.
