About The Position

The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced, clean healthcare environment. The role involves picking, packing, and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety. It offers consistent part-time hours in a stable healthcare company and is scheduled for four days per week: Sundays and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The listed pay is $18 per hour plus a $1-per-hour shift differential, for $19 per hour total. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid incrementally during the first six months of employment: $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days.

The position is based in Cheektowaga, New York, in a clean, climate-controlled healthcare environment focused on safety and accuracy. It is an active, fast-paced role involving movement throughout the shift and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires at least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours.
• Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
