About The Position

The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced, clean healthcare environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires at least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours.
• Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, or fulfillment roles.
• Experience using scanners or working with inventory systems.
• Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescription orders for shipment.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of orders before shipping.
• Use scanners and computer systems to process work.
• Track and update order status in the system.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to the team.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety guidelines and healthcare standards.
