About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Apparel Grader to support its Rental Division. The Apparel Grader accurately examines used customer garments and apparel, rating their long-term usefulness according to company policies and standards. Production Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards. The role involves standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. Employees must work safely near others for extended periods, follow attendance requirements, work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, and use a computer program to complete work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Examine used customer garments and apparel accurately.
