About The Position

IHL Group is seeking an Apparel Production Manager to oversee the conceptualization, design, fabrication, and distribution of apparel manufacturing. The role connects key stages of the fashion chain and is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, are ready for sale on time, and are produced at the right price.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process and create production schedules.
• Ensure production is cost effective.
• Establish and execute product quality assurance protocols and monitor product standards.
• Assess human and material resource needs and allocate labor resources.
• Represent the production department in meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Research new manufacturing sources and industry best practices.
• Check raw material quality and ensure garment manufacturing adheres to safety standards.
