Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process, create production schedules, and ensure production is cost-effective.
- Establish and execute product quality assurance protocols and monitor product standards.
- Assess required human and material resources and allocate labor resources.
- Represent the production department in meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Research new manufacturing sources and industry best practices.
- Check raw material quality and ensure garment manufacturing adheres to safety standards.
