About The Position

Gold Medal International is seeking a part-time Packaging Production Coordinator to support its Production team and ensure packaging, test reports, and Top of Production (TOP) samples are accurate and aligned before products ship. The coordinator will report to the Vice President of Sourcing and work on site in the company’s NYC office. The position suits someone who is highly detail-oriented, communicates clearly with overseas factories, keeps reliable records, and can manage multiple open items within a part-time schedule. The company describes its work model as hybrid-remote overall, while this position works on site in the NYC office alongside colleagues who may work in a hybrid-remote arrangement.
