About The Position

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in technical discipline (drafting, engineering technology, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work hands‑on in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides 3rd line support for manufacturing.
• Serves as primary technical support for manufacturing, troubleshooting and resolving production issues on the shop floor.
• Creates, maintains, and updates Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Develops and maintains technical drawings and product documentation.
• Supports and controls engineering changes to products and processes.
• Participates in elements of the Manufacturing Product Development Lifecycle (MPDL) to build foundational product and process knowledge.
